Ellen DeGeneres the popular talk show host practices meditation to get clarity and calm her thoughts finding a reset. Ellen says “It feels good. Kinda like when you have to shut your computer down, sometimes when it goes crazy, you just shut it down and when you turn it on, it’s OK again. That’s what meditation is to me.”

Jenna Johnson is a professional dancer for Dancing with the Stars, and she says that she works 7 days a week practicing dance and keeping up with public appearances and social engagements. Each day she wakes and takes an hour for herself which she has described as a workout meditation.
